1200 calories for a girl, I'm not sure about guys!. 15 lbs in one month!.

I've lost 50lbs (more, but I count in 10lb increments and I'm not to 60 yet)!.

The key for me was replacing all of the processed carbs in the kitchen!. Whole wheat bread instead of white bread!. Brown rice instead of white rice!. Wheat tortillas and pasta instead of their enriched flour counterparts!. That really jumpstarted my weight loss!. Also, I cut out fast food entirely!. The only fast food I eat now is Subway and restaurant take out (which is scarcely fast food at all)!.

I've never figured out how many calories I eat per day!. I figure it's somewhere around 1900-2000!. The thing about it is they are all healthy foods and I work out almost every day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've recently lost 10 pounds over roughly the last month!. I'm doing it slowly, but surely- I know the weight will not pile back on!. I'm using weight watchers because seriously no food is forbidden!. I love it! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've lost 30 lbs over the last couple months but I don't really diet anymore!. I just try to eat healthy foods everyday and not drink as much beer!
