How do I reduce my waistline??!

Question: How do I reduce my waistline!?!?
I am 20 years, and quite fit/slim!. I'm also into training and know quite a few exercises for my trouble area, my stomach/waistline!. So far, I've got a pretty flat stomach, but I want to reduce my waistline from about 27" to 25"!. I've been running 3-4 times a week and eating a low-fat high-protein diet, what else can I do!?!? This doesn't seem to be working yet!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take CLA or conjugated linoleic acid, it's actualy a type of fat found in red meat that specifically helps you burn fat from your waist, you don't have to eat the meat just buy the supplements!. No exercise will help reduce your waistlne basicaly because abs will tone the abdominal muscle underneath and you would risk making the diameter bigger although it would still look leaner!. A corset woudl actually do the trick too with time, endurance and patience, you'd have to wear it for at leasta few months or you could try saran wrapping!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't spot reduce trouble areas!. It's a scientific fact!. You don't see fat people with ripped abs, do you!?

If you want to reduce your waistline, you have to lose body fat, unless your trouble waistline is muscle, then you'd have to lose muscle!. If it's your pelvic bone, then it's impossible without surgery!.

Another misconception is that fat makes you fat!. It's not!. Specifically, it's trans/saturated fat, but monosaturated fats (almonds, nuts, etc) are healthy!. Rather than looking out for fats, you should look out for carbs!. They are the main culprit for the creation of fatties!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In all honesty the best thing I have found is to jump on a trampoline and twist at the waist as I do it!. I used to all the time when I was younger and it chisled a tiny waistline for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Run 8 to 15 times a week and eat a no fat ultra high protein diet!. That's what else you can do!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
