listen, the easiest way to counteract the pizza is not to work it off, (that might take a long workout), so instead consider skipping your next meal, replace it with something extremely low in calories, like all steamed veggies!.

Calm down! It's okay that you ate dinner!. Look at it this way- you have eaten early enough in the evening that it won't do too much damage!. You have to eat meals after all!.!.!.!.and five pieces of pizza isn't as bad as some meals you could eat!. At least it is mostly healthy!. What you should do is take a nice long walk before you go to bed!. Then tomorrow, eat a healthier dinner to balance things out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't panic!. Just go for a long walk!. This will keep your metabolism up!. If you do something more strenuous, you might vomit!.
