How long should I jump rope to get a good cardio workout?!


Question: How long should I jump rope to get a good cardio workout!?
And how many calories would I burn in like a half hour!? Any other suggestions for fun and upbeat workouts!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

30 minutes of fast jumproping will burn 540 calories
(not that big of a difference, huh!?)

I love to dance-- all cardio is good for you!. Dancing, stairclimbing, running through the park, biking, swimming!.!.!.!. all sorts of stuff!Www@Answer-Health@Com

ten to fifteen minutes, as opposed to three to five minutes if you did jumping jacks instead!.!.!. calorie burn will be fairly low, but your metabolism should increase substantially, so you can't go by calories!.!.!. the truth is, you should be able to see the difference on the scale and in the mirror on pretty much a daily basis, both are good exerciseWww@Answer-Health@Com
