Natraul Detox?!

Natraul Detox?
I do not do drugs or drink very often , but i have a nicotine and caffine addictions , I am thinking about trying some detox regimine and then after a full detox of sorts giving it all up.
What would be a natraul detox that would be good ? Andy idea's or suggestion , I recently gave up suagred soda , and am serious about attempting to give up caffine and nicotine. What would be agood way to purge my entire body (or the physical possible) of all that nasty crap so i wont crave it so bad.
