If you want to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks you can do it in 2 ways:

You should not stop eating, you need to go on mostly liquid diet like Medifast, that is the doctors brand, Slim-fast is the store brand!. Then make sure you are eating a little healthy fruit in the morning, liquid lunch, lite dinner, and no food after 5 or 6 before bed!. Drink only water, ;you may have lemon for flavor and a little sweet and low, that is what I fix my husband!.
Work out twice a day, don't run yourself to death, use a core workout and some aerobic work together to burn off the fat!.

The first week or two the water weight will drop fast!.
I worked for a Beriatic doctor for 5 years, it can be done but should be done under a doctors care!. If you feel weak eat some nuts, and watch your blood pressure!.

I'm not really sure why you're trying to lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks but you're not going to be able to do it!. I seriously wouldnt recommend even trying it because afterwards, you are going to gain all the weight back and then some!.Trust me, losing 5-10 pounds in 3 weeks would be a big and reasonable accomplishment!. I agree with Tomas, there is no healthy way to lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks!.!. but if you are determined to do it!.!. eat SOMETHING for breakfast, otherwise you will be crazy hungry ALLLL DAYYYY LONG!. A handful of nuts (not salted/sugared/anything'd), or a spoonful of peanut butter would be good because nuts give you energy!. If you want eggs, only eat the egg whites!! If you have to drink anything other than water, drink grapefruit juice or have a glass of skim milk (milk makes you feel very full)!. Sugar free jello and sugar free jello pudding are both great when dieting!.!.!. you can even put sugar free (or is it fat free!?!? something free!.!.!.) whipped cream on top and it's very low cal too, and helps to satisfy urges for sweet stuff!. Campbell's single serving soup cups are nice because the portions are small (well, for the USA anyway), and if you go with tomato soup, or chicken soup, they are very low cal as well!! I don't know where you live, but if it's hot, try to spend a lot of time outside so you sweat (I personally HATE going to the gym)!. Applesauce is good as long as you don't get the kind with loads of sugar in it, and eat lots of watermelon!! You will know you are doing a good job cutting calories when you start to get really bad muscle cramps (like in your legs, feet, etc!.)!. If this happens, eat a banana, it will do wonders!. If the hunger is REALLY getting to you, chug a can of diet pop (there are so many flavors to pick from!)!. AND!! Make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep a night!! Research shows that getting plenty of sleep turns off something in your body that makes you feel hungry (sorry, can't remember details!.!. just get your sleep!!)!. Keep lots of sugar free gum on hand, and make sure never to use real butter or real sugar - always the fake (0 Cal) stuff! We are all going to die!. Might as well look good while we're here!.
