Question: I just turned 15 and i can do 60 push ups in 56 seconds how do i get my biceps more ripped!?
my biceps are quite big when i have my arms folded yet when my arms are extended they seem quite average and untight!. How do i get them nice and big and tight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your biceps are not going to get bigger with exercise alone!. You also have to eat up!. Concerning exercise, push ups are great, but not for your biceps!. You have to do curls as a beginner, and if you are strong enough do some chin ups and pull ups along with curls!. These are great compound exercises that work your back and your biceps!. Working a larger muscle group with your biceps (like your back) can in a strange way help your biceps get bigger, as testosterone production is boosted more when you are working a large muscle group (and high levels of testosterone -> more muscle)!. Concerning eating, you should eat frequent meals (like every 3-4 hours) consisting mainly of lean meats (like chicken or fish or lean beef), whole grains, fruits, vegetables and high quality fats like nuts (especially almonds, walnuts and cashew nuts, raw) and extra virgin olive oil!. Eat plenty, lift heavy and you will get results!. ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Curls Curls Curls!.!.!.preacher curls, overhead cable curls, ez bar curls, hammer curls, concentration curls, dumbbell curls, and resistance band curls just to name a few! All of these will build your biceps but if you are looking for a lean and cut look do less weight and more reps!. At the end of your workout do what I call a burnout!. This is simply starting with your maximum dumbbell curl weight doing about 4 reps then going down 5 pounds doing another 4 and down 5 again until you are at insignificant weight which will feel like a boulder!. This rips all the muscle fibers in your bicep!. If you only do light weight it rips only certain fibers the same with only heavy weight this way you hit it all!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Add extra weight and work on both the negative and the positive rep!. The positive rep is the force you apply pushing against the weight to lift it up!. Push ups work your triceps and pecs!. You need to do curls for your biceps!. Start off with 10lb dumbells if you have not done it befoe, and loads of reps - twenty reps, three sets, and then increase the weight!. The large number of reps is what rips your biceps!.
