Question: Should i workout more later!? (details included) easy 10 points, i promiseee (:!?
so ive ate
-wheat bread with a thin thin spread of strawberry jelly and peanut butter!.
-1 large banana
-80 calorie fat free pudding
-100 cal worth of pretzels
-90 calorie granola bar
so in all about 550 calories so far

and i ran 2 miles avg!. speed of 5!.5 and did 150 crunches!.
the reason my workout kind of sucks is because yesterday i ran 5 miles, did machines at the gym, and like 400 crunches!. so im really tired!.

i feel kind of naseous now, so im gonna eat dinner!.
im gonna have a grilled chicken salad!.!.what else should i have with the salad!? some type of pasta maybe!? what do you think!?
and after dinner im thinking of maybe doing a bodypump class or run 2 more miles!.

so my questions are
-what should i have with my salad for dinner!?
-should i do the bodypump class or run 2 miles!?
-or should i not do either of those extra workouts since im kinda tired-ish

I think you're over doing it a bit with the routine after dinner!. You can stay active doing things around the house or something but as far as strenuous training you need to give it a rest after the first session!. Unless, you're pushing for a evaluation, track meet, or other deadline!. If this is your own personal goal, you're doing great with the first routine!. Your metabolism is in overdrive!. So keep it up!. Relax now, but don't add sugar and carbs to your relaxation!. LOL!Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Meat and carbohydrates
2!. Bodypump some days and run some days!. you need to vary your routine!.
3!. Maybe start smaller workout, then as you get fitter increase it!.

Your pretty underweight!. Dont workout!. Dont worry about meals!. Gain some weight!. Then workout to gain the muscle you need!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want carbs don't eat them at night!. Make sure you eat them in themorning or before your workout to get that extra energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
