Question: What should i eat with my salad!? easy 10 points!!!?
ive had 550 calories today, i am going to have a grilled chicken salad for dinner!. but what else should i have with the salad!? plain pasta!? or what!?


i ran 2 miles at 5!.5mph and did 150 crunches!. i know my workout kinda sucked today, but i ran 5 miles yesterday and strength/toning also!.

so what should i have with the salad!? would you suggest me working out a little more/maybe run 2 more miles!?

im 17, 5'4!.5'', and 126 pds (i checked last week)

I would say some kind of pasta, carbs are good for the brain!. Dont worry about your weight too much tho!.!.i hope your doing all this exercise for some kind of sport!? Be careful to not over do it!. But ya pasta!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

what seems to be the issue here!? What you are doing doesn't sound healthy at all!.

Have 1 cup cooked short grain brown rice with your salad!.
