Is this okay for dinner??!


Question: Is this okay for dinner!?!?
i've had 550 calories today
and i ran 2 miles and did 150 crunches

not so great workout but!.!.!.
for dinner im gonna have a grilled chicken salad with a bowl of reduced fat velveeta shells!.
a serving of the shells is 330 calories with 4 grams of fat
so im guessing my dinner will be 600 cals!?

is that okay for dinner!?
that basically means i wont be able to have a snack after though because itll be about 1200 calories!.
eh!.!.!.

im 17, 5'4!.5'', and 126 pds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your 1200 calories for the day is a good goal!. running 2 miles isn't that bad of a workout

the chicken sounds good, but I would be careful with the reduced fat items!. make sure you read the labels on things that say reduced fat or diet on them because in an effort to keep flavor they be adding sugar or artificial sweetners that aren't good for you and can actually work against your weightloss goals!. If the label just says "spices" that is a sneaky way for saying sugar!. I personally eat the regular "full fat" version of everything just a smaller portion!. Starches and sugars are going to be the worst culprit to weightloss as they will weigh you down with less energy produced and you won't feel as full for as long as protein!.
As for your snack you can snack on radishes- they only have 5 calories for 6 radishes and they are crunchy!.

That's a pretty skimpy diet!. You probably want to aim for more like 1800 cals and incorporate wieght lifting into your schedule!.

Get a good trainer though the first few times to learn proper form!. Eating a skimpy diet like that might help you lose weight, but ask your doctor what a healthy amount of calories are for your situation!.

Also, make sure you are eating plenty of protien!. Aim for at least 50 - 60 grams a day!.

Diet is most important, if you neglect it, everything else falls apart!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
