Question: Please help! I need good serious answers!!?
Alright, I'm starting to workout again and my biggest problem are my sides and lower back!. I really like her lower back and sides!.!.

Their very slim and muscular!. My sides are like round and I have much more meat on them!. I am skinny, but most of its all muscle, I just can't stand my back!. I dont know if you need a photo, but hopefully not, cause I dont have a camera!. But I do Billy Blakes Fat blasting cardio and this bootcamp video!.
Will doing all that help slin my sides!? And curve my lower back!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

Ok you need to take it easy because all that could cause you to have a funny shape and that you would not like all you have to do is get a excersizing video that works on all of your joint, muscle,abs,and your sides and your back would be as smooth and beautiful as you want it to be ok and dont try to hard to be somebody you not ok cause you are beautiful no matter how you ugly think you look its all in your mind boo!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Diet and exercise are needed to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle!. Staying within your normal body limits of weight for height is very important for feeling good and staying healthy!. The proportion of your weight however is engrained in your DNA!. The only way to make your lower back curve more would involve surgery on your spine, or a disease process!. Neither is a good prospect!.
Most of us wish we could change this part, or that part!. I would love to have J'Lo's back side!. I'm content though that there are parts of me that are unique and others appreciate, even if I don't!. I hope this helped you some!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The pic has been removed!. Have you tried any Pilates!? Those exercises will elongate the muscles, which is what it seems you are seeking!. Also, some regular tai chi would benefit in the elongation of muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
