Well I just had a little boy in mid March and I didn't get that big since I delivered 2 months early!. I'm trying to get back into shape again but that damn water weight is making me mad! I have love handles on my upper back, what is the best way to lose that weight!? !.!.!. I already keep myself super hydrated, I am breastfeeding!.

Congrats on the new baby! After 3 kids, I know how frustrating it is to lose the baby fat, but it can be done!. For your thighs, leg lifts are great-stand straight up and raise each leg with hands on your hips, hold 10 secs, do other leg and repeat for 10 reps!. It helps if you use leg weights!. Now, from same stance, extend each leg back as far as you can, while keeping your back straight and point toes when you extend!. This also helps firm the butt!. Doing push ups and arm curls will also keep your breast firm-when you decide to stop nursing and give your baby a bottle, your breast most always decreases in size by at least a cup size! lolWww@Answer-Health@Com
