How many times do people have to be told...?!

Question:

How many times do people have to be told...?

... that there's no such thing as "spot reduction" before they get it through their heads, or before the general population finally takes note? I'm sorry, I don't mean to rant, but it seems like every other question is "how many crunches do I have to do to get rid of my belly fat?"

Grr... I mean it's been common knowlege that there's no such thing as spot reduction for how long? Ages? Is it just that people don't understand the concept of a full body workout, or the concept of fat coming off wherever it wants to, rather than where you want it to?

Doodle, there's several questions in there. Just look at the sentences before thos little humpbacked exclamation points (some people call them question marks, but I thought maybe you might not have known that.) *grin*

Well, you are a very smart man. I couldn't agree more. I would just add,Why is youth so concerned about losing weight fast?; like right now fast. It is my opinion that someone 11 years old who is concerned about his or her weight is far too concerned. Leave that to someone who is about 16-17 or maybe the good judgment of their parents. Refreshing question.
