How do i change all my bad habits?!


Question: How do i change all my bad habits!?
i sleep really REALLY late, and either sleep in or wake up so tired and have an unproductive day
i have terrible eating habits where i eat at the wrongs times, often skip meals and make bad food choices
i want to lose 30lbs but can't commit to a healthy diet or exercising!.
how do i pick my feet up and get motivated because things are just getting worse!. i really have to change asap!.

Okay, so the first thing is routine, Yep!.!.!.I was in the same position as you and dropped 2 dress sizes because of routine,

So, You need to set the time you wanna wake up in the morning on your phone, so You don't sleep late; oversleeping is just as bad as not sleeping enough, unfortunately :(

You don't have to make huge changes, Eat a filling breakfast in the morning, Special K is low fat and keeps me full till dinner!.

Drink lots of water to keep you full up, If you're stuffed you're less likely to make bad food choices!.

If you don't want to exercises, don't ! But you can't eat as much than if you had!. Go shopping, go for long walks, babysit, these don't raise suspicion and are just as good as an exercise routine as you're burning calories without even realizing that you're doing it!.

hot chocolate and horlicks are filling hot drinks, water and diet coke/Pepsi max are filling cold drinks :)

There's no special trick to it (Trust me I know x-x) just find out as much as you can, Analyze yourself in the mirror, look at pictures of what you want to be, go get your hair done, a big change like that will motivate you to change your body to suit!.

To start with the sleeping late problem, try opening your blinds or curtains in your bedroom!. As much light as possible in the morning will help trigger the body to wake up, then begin going to bed earlier to get yourself into a new sleep cycle!. Waking up earlier should help with motivation, as far as diet and exercise you need to custom-fit a plan to your personality!. If your crave structure and make lists, try doing that!. If you're generally lazy as I am, find ways to trick yourself into dieting and exercising!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you first get up after sleeping look a yourself naked in a full length mirror!.
If that doesn't help you set goals to change not much else will!.
Then go have a warm shower and get fixed up for the day!.
Now go have a breakfast of cereal and write down what imperfections you plan to work on today!. Plan your day!. Plan meals and times!.
Set goals that are realistic and achievable!.!.!.nothing too far out!.
Do that everyday for a week, by the next week it will start to all fall in place!.
BUT!!!
You have to get up and out of bed at the same time everyday for a week!.!.!.7 days!.!.!.holidays and weekends included!.!.!.no days off!.
