Question:

I need help with my diet!plz click on me!:)?

Im a 14 yr old girl who is about 5'9 i weigh around 145
So i desided to go on a diet
This is what i eat
today at breckfast i had some blueberries and a salad with cucumbers tomatoes and regular Dressing and then i had a sugar free candy bar
The at lunch i had some meat with chese and vegetables and a sugar free icecream bar
is that okey
And i take green tea with hoodia twice a day.
Am i doing okey?
and what should i eat for dinner and what time?

Number one that doesn't sound overweight to me. BUT I'll answer this anyway ^_^
You need to make to include ALL of the food groups. Not necessarily low calorie, just smaller portions. I would suggest for breakfast, some high fiber low cal cereal, milk or juice and some fruit. Lunch you should try and include some veggies, fruit, maybe some whole grain bread, and proteins. Save the sugar free candy bars and ice cream bars. Eat a light snack after dinner, such as half a dark chocolate candy bar. Dinner can be really whenever, just make sure you are actually hungry and not anything past say 8pm. If you really want to lose the weight add some exercise in your routine somewhere. Even just light walking, crunches, pushups, etc. I could give you a complete workout if you wish. As for the green tea, you can take it. Just don't rely completely on it, there isn't anything in there to hurt you, so that seems to be alright. Hope this helps some!
