Why cant girls get abs as fast as guys.?!


Question: Why cant girls get abs as fast as guys!.!?
i've been working on it swince 5!.9!.07 and only have a two pack to show for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Women naturally have more fat!. Since you have to get your fat percentage down really low in order to see your abs, women have a harder time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off, guys do produce more testosterone than woman, testosterone is what is responsible for what defines a man physically, including masculinity!.

Either that, or you may not be doing the appropriate workout for yourself!. Most of the time, the case is that we have to shed body fat over our abdominal areas!. A lot of people make the mistake of believing you can get great abs with simply working out your abdominal muscles, but the truth is that they must do cardiovascluar excersize to help shed body fat as well!. Girls and women have an entirely DIFFERENT type of MUSCLE TISSUE and no amount of working out or pumping iron is going to change an ANATOMICAL difference!.!.!. women's muscles have cells that are flatter and farther apart than men and that is why their muscles look like they do and why then can never change it!.

Anyone who has ever taken a college Anatomy and Physiology class knows this, so it's not some deep, dark secret!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

girls have different a body/muscle structure than guys!.!.!.for a girl to be able to get a 4-pack(more likely than a 6-pack) its a life long process!.!.!.ive been working on my abs (since i was 13) and playing sports with lots of core involved since i was 6 and i have a 4-pack i'm now 20!.!.!.try different types of core training and sports that use lots of core like running or basketball or step classWww@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately as women we store more fat more quickly than men, it's hormonal!.

Try eliminating refined starches from your diet such as white bread and flour!.!.!.eat things that are whole wheat and contain fiber!.

Make sure you're doing cardio in addition to ab exercises, as it's essential for fat burning!. Spot training alone won't do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is true men are stronger then women because women have more fat!. But women are more flexible than most men!. Remember:
It takes time to get abs!
