How can you lose weight very fast, without starving yourself?

I have been trying to lose about 15 to 20 lbs and it seems that everything that I have tried isn't working. What can I do?

It's very difficult to lose weight fast and keep it off. Crash diets don't work, or they might work at first, but in the long run you haven't learned a realistic lifestyle. I think exercising is like the BEST thing you can do. Make time for yourself to exercise six days a week, and make it a priority. It's very difficult for your body to adjust to sudden changes. So probably at first you should really pick up the exercise, and cut out obvious unhealthy foods from your life like donuts and such (although completely banning yourself from any sort of food can lead to cravings, so give yourself little treats). After adjusting to a new routine, shift your focus a bit more to losing weight; try losing one lb/week by eating 500 calories less than you need (about 1700 calories? it depends on your height/current weight, etc).

So my answer to your question of "how can you lose weight fast" is .. you can't really do it and keep it off at the same time. I mean, you COULD go on low calorie diet and exercise tons, but that isn't really something you can keep up for the rest of your life ..
