Lose over 100 pounds???!


Question: Lose over 100 pounds!?!?!?
I want to weight at least 180 by the mid!. of August for college! I weigh around 250, I think!. I recently a few month ago lost 25 lbs!. in a month, because I was dedicated to losing it, but I got so busy, I just started blowing my exercises off and eating bad!. Well, I'm starting up again! I have a tredmill and since it will be summer and I am usually home, I plan on losing it all this summer!

Eat breakfast!. (cereal, special k bar, whole wheat toast, etc!.!?)
11:00- snack!.
1:00- whole wheat turkey sandwich!.
3:00-snack
5:00-chicken or fish w/ fruit and corn!. hate most veggies!.
7:00-bowl of popcorn or something!.

and walk/run on the tredmill 2 hour everyday! FOUR 30 min!.
i was debating on weightlifting, since im 6 foot and 250, ill look like a wrestler, but i know it help you looe weight faster! so, what are some "at home" training!?!?!?

I think you're eating schedule is ok and I like that you would eat often throughout the day!. Make sure you are getting at least 1,200 - 1,500 calories to keep you going all day!. Losing 1-2 pounds a week would be a better goal!.!.!. it would be easier on your body and safer in the long run!. Try adding fruits and veggies whenever possible and drink plenty of water!. Water will keep you hydrated so you can keep up with the exercise portion and continue to lose weight!. I think that walking for 2 hours everyday is not absolutely necessary!. Try cutting the walking down to about an hour and YES do some weight training!. If you weight train you will bump your metabilism up so that you are burning calories longer throughout the day!. If you are a girl, you will not bulk up but only tone up!. Give it a shot and I think you will be happy with your results!. weightlifting will actually make you gain weight, because you are gaining more muscle mass

i wouldn't suggest that until you get down to your goal weight

i heard that green tea helps, maybe you could try that

If you do the scarsdale diet you can lose up to 20lbs in two weeks!. I lost ten in a little over a week!. It is very strict!.!.but totally worth it!.!.i promise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
