Question: What should i do about my Anorexic!?
I was anorexic when I was in the 4th and 5th grade and now I am in the 7th grade and I think I am anorexic now!.Sometime when I hear people whispering I think it is about my weight!. I don

You don't want to be fat, right !? That much we both agree on!. You just need to get out of your head that weight = fat!. If you don't eat, your body will just use its muscle as fuel!. Losing muscle decreases metabolism and will make you fat in the long run!. You need to realize that being a healthy slim weight and keeping that way is about eating, not about NOT eating!. I've lost 30+ pounds in 2 months!. How !? By eating- I eat 5-7 smaller meals a day!. I don't starve myself!. I don't go around hungry!. I eat when I am hungry!. And when I lose weight, I am losing fat, not muscle!.

Get on the scale and weigh yourself now and go look in the mirror!. When you get on the scale you are probably thinking I need to lose x amount of pounds!. Don't think that way!. Say to yourself I want to look like I weigh x amounts of pounds less, I don't care how much I weigh, I just want to look like I weigh less!. If you eat right (eating several small meals a day) with a protein in each meal and you get a regular amount of exercise, you could weigh 10 pounds MORE than you weigh now but look 10 pounds LESS than you do now!. And remember- no one has to know how much you weigh- they only know what you look like you might weigh!. So gain 10 healthy pounds by gaining muscle, losing just a little bit of fat, and you'll look better, feel better, and you'll feel good about yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
