Pregnancy weight?
I'm 5'6 and I weighed 140 when I got pregnant. I had my son may 24. I weigh 150 right now. How do I lose the rest of the weight and some? I'd like to get down to 130. I got a gym membership. I usually just do cardio and i'm trying to not eat as much. Any tips?

There is a fine line between too much muscle and not enough, but you need muscle to burn fat, try doing some resistance training 3x a week instead of the cardio and see how that works. And as far as not eating as much you can't starve yourself and expect to loose weight. Your body will hang onto it, plus store more of what goes in. I know you've heard it. Eat 6small meals a day combined with a resistance workout and you'll see some major results. Oh yeah and salt and caffine lovers cut that out.
