What can we do to decrease obesity in children?!

Question: What can we do to decrease obesity in children!?
Answers:
Just say stop eating or world hunger will soon begin! Just playing!. We need to talk to children's parents, and educate children!. We also need to limit the time of video games and computer and TV activites to only 1 hour each!. Kids need to play sports also and get active!. We don't just need to decrease obesity in children, but to prevent it in those who aren't obese yet!. Parents and caregivers absolutely must be well-informed and educated about nutrition and exercise!. Parents also have to commit themselves to healthy eating and exercise and to losing weight if they need it!. The best thing we can do for kids is to set a good example!. Alot of parents out there are just plain ignorant about how the food they buy is harming their health and their children's!. Helping them to learn ways to improve is critical!. And dispelling the myth that eating better is more expensive; it's actually a much better bargain, financially and physically!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its all about leading by example, kids eat what their told by their parents!. therefore parents need to be targetted as much as the actual children!. nutrition and diet conferences should be given or offered to parents each school year and children should have to learn basic nutrition as a subject in school!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get them away from the TV - stop using sweets as rewards - get our kids active they want to be active let them stop at the park let them get their energy out - go for a bike ride - kids eat 'junk'' only because we bring it into the house! encourage water not sports drinks or soda have water drinking races kids like the competition but of course always let them win!! i wish our kids have more exercise in school too ---ssshhh!!! i wouldn't mind school being an hour longer if they could get P!.E!. in every day compliment them when they make healthy choices - its positive encouragementWww@Answer-Health@Com
