How can I re-program my body to wake up and get to bed earlier? I wanna workout !


Question: How can I re-program my body to wake up and get to bed earlier!? I wanna workout in the a!.m!?
I'll be starting an 8-5 job, and I wanna be able to work out in the morning before work!.

I'm 21, and female, and wanna still have time to get ready!.

Any tips!?

I think the ONLY way to do it is simply by starting!. Start waking up as early as you need to get up and work out!.

If you merely go to bed earlier, you may end up lying there, bored, waiting to go to sleep and unable to go to sleep!.

BUT if you start by waking up earlier, you may be more tired at first, but you'll also start to be tired earlier for bed and have an easier time going to bed early enough so your wake up time becomes normal and doesn't feel awful!.

Plus the exercise will help you sleep better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just go to bed earlier on the first day!. Just tell yourself over and over, I'll wake up early tomorrow and workout!. If you fall asleep you fall asleep!. If you don't you don't!. You just might feel tired on the first day!. Just try your best to get up!. It might take a couple of days but you'll be able to do it!. Working out in the morning is the best time to do it!. You'll notice that you have more energy during the day!. By the end of the day you'll feel tired and you'll want to go to bed early!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

set the alarm for 5, then set another for 5:10!. when it goes off, get out of bed, make some coffee, then work out!. when you're tired at the end of the day (hopefully at a decent hour), go to sleep!. then do it all over again!. after a couple of weeks, your body will get used to it!. just make sure you have a nice coffeepot :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Set the alarm and DON"T hit the snooze button!. Like exercise, reprogramming your body starts with your mind!. Tell yourself that you are going to do it!. AND DO IT!.

Not being cold, just very direct!. That is the only way to make it permanent!. Mind over matter, always has been and always will be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just set your alarm, wake up early, be tired all day, & get through the day (don't take any naps)!. Within a couple of weeks you will be naturally going to bed earlier and waking up earlier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
