First of all drink tons of water, then make a juice with parsley, pinneapple and celery, drink that 3 or 4 times a day, eat lots of pinneapple on the side and tuna (water canned), green salads, veggies, fruits and that's it!. No carbs (no cookies, bread, rice, pasta, etc)!. No sugar (no sodas, cookies, chocolats, etc)!. And exercise, running it's the best but walking does the trick too!. Yes it is possible, excercise regularly!. Maybe try doing yoga, aerobics, any form of dancing, going to the gym etc!. Eat high energy foods only (if you think you can burn that energy), smoothies are nice and healthy for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
