Weight lifting creatine?!


Question: Weight lifting creatine!?
hey i'm starting to take weight lifting more seriously and i bought creatine and have been on that for a couple weeks!. the question is, how much should i work out!? right now i work out once to twice a day 6 days a week is that too much or could i do more!? becuase i heard if you workout too much its bad!.!.!. i work different muscle groups every day too btwWww@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
First off Creatine is nasty stuff if you use it regularly!. It has been known to cause digestive and intestinal problems!. it is essentially a legal steroid causing increased blood flow to the muscles!.

My suggestions are to only work out one group of muscles once a day every 3 days!. For example:

Work Arms one day to total muscle collapse; this means bench 3 sets of 10 of the max weight you can handle and drop the weight down a little each set of 3 until you are almost down to like 20 lbs and cant lift it anymore!.

Then second day work chest, shoulders, and back same thing total muscle collapse!.

Then third day work legs same thing total muscle collapse!.

Repeat the cycle and do this 6 days a week and give yourself one day of complete rest like a sunday or something!.

Every day you work out always work on your abs, every day once a day!.I also would suggest taking glutamine powder after each workout to help with the muscle soreness!. Also 30 minute window to take in protein like a shake or some chicken, fish, etc etc etc!.

Oh ya dont forget to stretch both before and after you lift, very important to get that blood flowing through your muscles!. Also helps prevent cramping!. Those guys you see in the gym flexing in front of a mirror aren't vain they are flexing to get the blood flowing to the muscles which in turn brings in needed oxygen!.

This was my regiment for awhile and I went from 145 to 190 putting on nothing but muscle in bout a month and a half or so if I remember correctly!. Then plateaued at bout 220 before I just stopped working out ;(Www@Answer-Health@Com

you shouldnt work out every day, your muscles only grow when they are resting so only workout once a day and dont workout the same muscle unless you give them at least one whole day of restWww@Answer-Health@Com
