No energy to exercise?!


Question: No energy to exercise!?
i like to exercise at least once a week and i have eatin really well today energy foods etc but my legs ache and i have a head ache and cant be bothred

shall i try to exercise anyway or just wait until im more energetic as the workout wont be intense and a waste of timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

first of all, you need to get some exercise MOST days of the week!. If you get up and make yourself get some exercise, even if it's just a nice brisk walk, I promise you'll feel better! Keep doing it and soon it will be routine and you'll have much more energy and feel better!. A workout doesn't have to be "energetic" to be beneficial!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I feel the same today, I live in a really hot country, today being around 43 celcius, I have a migrane, and don't really feel bothered to do anything, but I am drinking green tea!. But I will get up tommorrow early to do 30 minutes cardio DVD, or yoga or walking!. before school!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't!. Take advantage of the day to rest!. Your body is usually telling you something when it aches etc!. The best thing to do is just eat good today drink plenty of water and allow your body to recover from probably what was a crazy week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
