Question: I m fat girl aged 22 my weight is 110kg want to reduce 30 kg in a month plz help me out itz urgent!?
i have asked to help n itz really impossible as i studying fine arts n have to sit in one position till 7 hours and after dat i get so exhuasted never think to excersie or diet!. now give me some diet plan ( asian ) so dat i can reduce 40 kg till june or july!.!. i wan 70 or 60 kg dats my target!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Losing that amount of weight in a short time is highly dangerous and should be strongly advised against!. However having a positive and motivated outlook on weightloss can lead to some surprisingly good (and safe) results!. You should focus on the most important part, exercise!. One hour of cardio and 20-30mins of muscle building daily can result in a well shaped and toned body!. Remebring to drink 8 glasses of water a day and eat plenty lean meats and vegetables!. Losing 40 kg by June/July may be a bit hard but you can make a start!.

Try taking the long way to your classes, or walking around the campus while on breaks!.

Fidget while at your desk and write draw or type as much as you like!. This will help with your studies and use energy which will enable you to lose weight faster!.

Try taking a walk at night or following an excercise dvd or book!.

First of all: Change your diet!!!!.!.for example:

1!.cut out the junk food!!.!.throw out all the chips,candy,cupcakes,donuts,cookies,choc!.!.!. (all fatty and sugary stuff)!.!.Replace it with some healthy stuff :like whole wheat bran flakes>>(actually it's one of my fav!.s, not everything healthy is tasteless:P)!.!. and fruits and veges :)

2!.reduce the amount of carbs!.!.and eat more protein!.

3!.drink lots of water BEFORE you eat,so you'll feel full!.

4!.something that really helped me is setting portions!.!.whatever I'm eating even if it's fruits or vegetables a handful only !.!.I found that it's more enjoyable !.!. and you can actually taste and enjoy the food!!.!. now I eat half what I used to!:)

5!.balance if you slipped then forgive yourself and MOVE ON!.!.!don't let it stop or discourage you,we all make mistakes!.!.plus don't deprive yourself you can eat ONE of your fav!. every once in a while so you won't binge!.!.but the next day or the next meal make it very light like yogurt or a glass of juice etc!.!.

Second of all:

YOU GOTTA START MOVING!!!!:

it's hard at first but believe me when your determent it becomes part of your life style:)!.!.it improves your mood and your body;)!.!.I was a very lazy person but now I exercise 6 times a week!!.!.it'll be fun later just find a partner or a friend to keep you motivated!
and try to move while your at work stand up and down, stretch, sit ups!.!.etc!.!.

maybe you can eat more healthy food at first!.
