Starting my diet? (again!)?!


Question: Starting my diet!? (again!)!?
I'm going to do it right this time, so I need help!

I have devised a little plan, of what I will eat per day:

Breakfast:

1 chopped apple!.
1 sachet of porridge!.
1 glass of pure orange juice!. (From a carton!.)

Snack:

1 apple!.
1 bottle of water!. (Half a litre!.)

Lunch: (Mid day meal)

1 Tuna + Cucumber sandwich in wholemeal bread!. (No butter or mayo!.)
2 bottles of water!. (1 litre altogether!.)
1 apple
1 banana!.

Tea/Dinner!.

Will change daily, but will consume of 1 meat product; chicken, pork, beef!.
1 veg; peas, carrots etc!.
Then will be mixed with potatoes, pasta, salad!.
2 bottles of water (1 litre altogether!.)


Also, I will be walking around 4/5 miles a day, and be spending 30 minutes on an exercise bike!.

Is there anything in my food plan I should change or alter!?

I would eat a little more protein if I were you, makes you feel full!. Also make sure you drink water throughout the entire day not just at meals!. What exactly are you trying to do!? Lose fat!? If you can run, or swim!. Easily the two best forms of cardio period!. Also you need some healthy fats from sources like natural peanut butter, flax, fish, almonds, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds good!. You might want to break it our into smaller meals throughout the day!. find a BMR calculator (just google it), and see how many calories you need during the day!. And try a variety, you are probably going to get sick of tuna everyday for lunch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would get rid of the potatoes and/or pasta!. That's not really necessary, you know!.!.!.Other than that, it looks fine; just don't look at it as a diet or you'll just screw up (again)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

thats quite a strict diet, i bet your craving chocolate by 3days, my aunty wen on a soup diet once, lost 3stone in 3month, its really good apprentlyWww@Answer-Health@Com
