Tonning up and general fitness?

hi im 16 and i weight bout 145lbs bout 5'5 i go ot the gym bout 5 times a week and work out intesivly for bout 40mins then i do weights but i eat rite and drink on teh weeknds maybe twice a month, but i jus cant seem to shift some weight n get toned?? my legs are fairly toned but my stomach is not at ALLLL how is ther?? is ther ny really gud tips for this?? i work out on the cross trainer for 20mins then the tredmill for 10 and run for 1min walk for 1min untill i reach ten mins so basically intervil training then back onto the cross trainer again y is this not workin plz help!! thnks xx


Answers:

Incorparet stretching into your routine. If you don't stretch as little as 60% of you muscle fibres can be engaing when you exercise.

When doing weights realy slow down you pace and aim to do say 10 perfect bicep curls rather than 20 okay ones.

I would also advise you to consult a personal trainer. You don't have to see them everytime you work out you could just use their expertise to devise a more effective session and get some feedback on your technique as that might be what's letting you down.
