Question: Help meeee!. (: easy 10 points!!! ideas for a meal!? (details inside)!?
so far, ive had subway, chicken noodle soup, and reduced fat/cal cookie!. so my total=600 calories, 13!.5 grams fat!.

i'm craving something chocolate but i don't know what to eat that is chocolately and low in cals and fat!.!.!. eh!? any suggestions!?!?!?

and what do you think i shuold have for dinner!?
maybe something that isn't a salad!.!.i had that yesterday!.
low in calories around 500-600 cals at the most!.
any ideas!?!?!?

i won't get to workout today because over the last two days ive worked out so much that im so extremely sore today!. i dont think i could do anything!. i ran 7 miles in the last 2 days!. and my abs are soo sore from the crunches/machines!.

i mean maybe i could run 2 miles at the most, but i dont want to really push myself too far!.

so what do you think!?

Salads do get boring and chocolate is my biggest problem!.

I made a recipie that I like and it helps with the chocolate craving!.
1 cup (8 oz) - Silk-Lite soy milk!. (heat in Microwave for 1 minute on high) ( only 70 calories)
Combine in coffee mug with :
1TBS Coco Powder!.
1 packet (1tsp) Splenda!.

I love the Kashi Products!. I get their cereal and Their frozen entrees are great and all natural, loaded with fiber and great nutrients!. They have way less sodium than their competitors!. They even have cookies (I love the Trail Mix and the Chocolate chip)!.

Get some Hot and Sour soup from your local Chinese takeout!. Great soup, very low in calories, and has protien!.
I also often order steamed chicken and veggies and ask for sauce on the side, or just use the chinese mustard to dip it in!. It's great and low in calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree, definitely a smart ones would do the trick for dinner!.

As for your chocolate craving, theres never really much thats chocolate and low in carbs!.

Although, you can pick up a Betty Crocker mini Warm Delights!.

I get the molted brownie/chocolate cake and its only 150 calories!.

Plus it only takes 3 minutes to prepare and 40 seconds to heat up in the microwave!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

CHOCOLATE SUGAR FREE PUDDING AT 60 CALORIES A CUP!.!. OR ONE HERSHEY KISS AT ROUGHLY 25 CALORIES A KISS, OR YOU COULD GO WITH NO SUGAR ADDED FUDGSCILES!. IF YOUR WILLING TO INVEST MORE CALORIES I'D SAY GO WITH A SLIM A BEAR, OR SKINNY COW ICE CREAM SANDWITCH!.

FOR DINNER - SALAD WITH CHICKEN AND CHEESE ON TOP!. OR MAYBE A TACO SALAD ( BUILD YOURSELF SO YOU KNOW HOW MANY CALORIES ARE IN IT)

and as for chocolate check out zone bars
its called zone perfect, they taste pretty much like chocolate candy bars but they got 13 grams of protein in them

have a frozen dinner, maybe a lean cuisine, smart ones, or healthy choice!. you cant get them at the grocery store and most of them are less than 400 cals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Good for you to be thinking healthy!

For chocolate cravings, I usually make fat free choc!. pudding with cool whip!.!. its almost like eating nothing because theres barely any calories!. I have been on a health kick lately and i am constantly grilling, I dont even remember the last thing i cooked on the stove!. So i would reccoment grilling chicken maybe!? I like to grill zuchinni and bell peppers!. If you want buy wheat tortillas or pitas and put the chicken and veggies with it, I like to use a dijion vinagrette with the chicken, its tasty!. Also, for my choc!. craving i eat south beach bars that are choc!. mint, its really good!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am little concerned for you because you need to have these main calories in a day!. How do you feel physically!? You can have a good quality chocolate from the health food store and you don't have to eat the whole thing in one sitting to satisfy a craving you know!.
Did you know that if you don't eat enough your body will start to divert energy so that your BRAIN can function!? Kinda like the star ship enterprise diverting all power to life support!.!.!.

126lbs x 10 = 1260 (heart beat)

1260 x !.30 = 378 (activity)

1260 + 378 x !.10 = 164 (digestion)

1260+ 378+ 164 = 1802 calories per day

1802/3 = 600 calories per meal

This past week I read that you can lose weight quickly if you eat grilled chicken for a week!.!. So maybe you might want to eat a serving of that tonight with some cooked vegetables!. I am actually eating vegetables right now!. We had green pepper slices, frozen corn, frozen green beans, and carrots!. I cut them up, put them in a bowl, filled it up with water and put saran wrap over it and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes!. Perfect!. VERY good for you and LOTS of fiber!. Fiber is very good for you!.

I am also trying to lose weight!. 15, 5'3'', 125-130 pounds depending on a few factors!.
My best friend is almost 15, 5'5'', and 105 pounds so I am always feeling like I am fat!. I wish I could run miles in a day!.

And for the chocolate!. It's okay to crave once in a while!. So go to the store and buy a bag of Dove dark chocolate and eat one during the day, one for desert every once in a while!. They are so tiny it wont affect you at all if you are eating healthy and exercising!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
