Question: FAT SH*T! PLEASE help!!!!!!?
Ok, before you read this letme tell you!.!.i KNOW i am a fatass so no need to rub it in my face!.!.!.!.!.!.!.well i am 5;9 and now 133 pounds, 15 yrs old and female!.!.i have been on a diet for about one week that consists of 1,200-1,500 calories and do cardio for a little over an hour per day and ab/sidework for 15-20 mins, but i had a "cheat day" today!.!.!.i ate!.!.!.!.!.!.

it's one of those like zip up and save 4 later bas!.!.!.but i ate the whole bag during a movie, then i had 3 peices of pizza and a cinnamon stick lokin like this!.!.not as long, but thick

tomorrow i will go back on my diet, but probably only eat 1,100 calories and lots of water!.!.i will also be walking around the city a lot and going to the gym in the evening!.!.maybe burn 500 or more calories!. Will i gain weight from my binge today!?

Everyone posting comments is fat!. So they tell you that you are perfect!. You cant get a flat stomach at 133 lbs so keep dieting!. Yes you will probably not lose any weight this week because of raisinets; they are so bad for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are 5ft 9in and weigh 133!. What a fat cow!. NOT!!!!! Get a grip!. I hardly think one little bag of raisinets is going to add any weight!. The reason is raisins do not raise your glycemic index!. Do not eat anything that is white meaning white bread, sugar, rice, and potatoes because they do raise your glycemic index and you will gain weight from it!. Besides, I can see your bones protruding from your chest in your avatar picture!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm fat!!!! I'm 176 and 5'4!. Girl I think you need to get some help!. What you are doing is not healthy!. You are still a teenager and you are growing!. You're not eating a proper diet that you need!. When you hit 20 and you think you're fat, diet all you want!. but for now you need to eat right whil you;re still growing!. Ok, you're 3 inches under 6 feet tall and only 133 pounds!?!?!! You're psycho if you think you're fat!! Go seek some professional help and find a healthier diet that consists of at least 2000 calories a day!!!!! You will thank me when you don't develop the "gout" from malnutrition!. Why do you use fat as negative I am an hourglass woman Im part Puerto Rican and I dont fall for the Tv and media what they think everyone should look like!. get your mental health checked out before you try to lose weight and don't worry about your calories but what types of foods your putting in your body cuz its not your weight thats the problem, if you feel like this now your gonna be devastated in the future when oyur weight goes upWww@Answer-Health@Com

Im 5'6 and would kill to weigh 133 pounds! Look it takes 3500 calories to burn One pound!. And I seriously doubt that you are going to even gain that or even ate that many calories today!. Just keep eating healthy and staying fit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all ur not fat!. Maybe jus a litttttle overweight!. Keep up the cardio!. To answer ur q, u'll prob gain a little if any weight!. HOWEVER, it is important to realise ur weight will fluctuate, nd jus persevere, for many months!. Most dieticians actually recommend the idea of a "cheat" day once a week, just to keep you sane (hey, NONE of us are perfect)!. However, dnt go crazy nd have a whole pizza! but maybe have one or two slices of pizza or a piece of cake!. When you do get tempted, jus motivate urself!. When i get tempted, i jus think about my goals nd how i'll feel once i achieve that goal and how it was worth not eating junk food whenever i got tempted (NOTE: wat u ate today wasn't too bad)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You just want us to tell you how perfect you are!. I'm not biting!.

You have one of two problems:

Either A-you have some self esteem and self hatred issues and need strangers to post here to make you feel good!.

Or B- you are on your way to becoming anorexic!.

Either way, you don't need to worry about how many cals you consumed today!. You need to worry about what sort of mental state you are leading yourseld towards!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
