The bench press works your chest, back, sholders, triceps and tones your arms!.

If you want to increase the strenth of your quads you can try biking, leg press, Leg curls , squats, along with running

As for your Calf muscles you can do sets of calf raises with weights, the calf machine does the same thing!.
