Question: Im 13 and i weigh about 235 pounds!!?
Ok im 13 i weigh 235 pounds and im 5'7 !
I really could say ive tried everything But everything i try unfortanatly I end up quitinq like Gym or Walking Or running!.
I wanna Run but i have no Stamina!. I wanna walk But Non Of my Friends Like Activity's So i hate walking alone!. I wanna Stop eatinq But its pretty hard !.Please somebody give me ideas or tips!. Because i hate the way i look im not comfartable with my self and sometimes I dont hanq out with my friends because of it knowing that their more skinny and pretty!. Also My mom and Sister Are smaller than me!. Ive went too a doctor b4 all they said was Watch what you eat and Exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It might sound silly but buy a good yoga dvd, anythings worth a try!. It works for me and has made me think differently about the way I eat!. It also stretches every muscle in your body so you can be 300lbs and be as limber as someone who's 150!. Give it a couple of weeks 3-4-5 times a week and decide for yourself!. Get an Ashtanga yoga dvd for beginers, you can find them on amazon for like 10$!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi sweetie! You need to find yourself a good friend that is going to be there for you, such as help you with food choices, and exercise with you!. Try to find someone that may be in the same boat as you and ask them if they'd like to go on walks/hikes with you!. OTherwise, if you are ready to do something on your own, and you can't find someone, do it alone but do it for yourself!. You gotta do what you gotta do!. if your friends arent walking then might as well walk on a treadmill!. The problem is, you are picky, you think everyone will judge you!. I go to the gym daily and I saw people weighs more then you, and do you know what!? I'm proud that they put their feet on those machines and not care what people think!. I'm only not proud if someone who sit at home all day thinking, whining and feel sorry for themselves, when theres something they can do!. You need to get over that in order to do something!. Everyone I know who went on weight watchers always lost weight!. This might work for you too!. I also do not like to exercise and really understand where you are coming from!. Something that is fun to do and burns a lot of calories is swimming!. Have you tried this!? It just might work for you together with weight watchers!. Also, stay away from red meat, candy, cakes and fried foods!. These foods will put the calories on you!. Stick with fruits, veggies, fish and turkey!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

honestly, watching what you eat is the biggest part of it!. 1200 calories per day - any activity above laying in bed all day will cause you to loose weight!. this is difficult for about 2 weeks - until your stomach shrinks!. try to remember this, you are not starving - your body is feeding off the fat stores!. also, it can be hunger pains or exercise pains - your choice, but you have to burn more calories than you consume no matter what!. that's why exercise doesn't always work!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OK, first cut back on junk food and buy more fruits and veggies!. Then get one of those exercise balls and exercise while you watch TV!. you should also get a friend that loves to run so you guys can run together!. Drink lots of water, and exercise everyday for a couple of hours and you ll be set!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just make sure you dont make fun of girls who are better looking you than you if you call some girls sluts that makes you uglier to guys,,so just excerises,,

you should weigh like 105 or 110 at the most,mabye 120 but dang your heavy

build up ur stamina every day by walking or lifting something and set up a schedule for ur meals!. if u eat inbetween meal times you should stop!. try eating less and if u eat any deserts for dinner try to stop finding something else like gum to chew on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go on Jenny Craig since you like to eat and tell your mom or sister to go walking with you or take your dog you wont feel as lonely with a dog and an ipod!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My heart goes out to you, but you have consulted a Doctor and have been trying some of the very best things!. However, you quit!. Do you really think that you can get better advise here!?

At 235 lbs, you should not be running, start with a midium speed walking for 20-30 minutes every day!. If you can perform this simple task for 21 days straight, it will become a habit and you will continue with it!. Be strong!.

You start out by saying that you quit because your friends dont want to do activities and you did not want to walk alone!.
Later you say because I hate the way I look, I'm not comfortable with my self and sometimes I dont hang out with my friends because of it knowing that their more skinny and pretty!. So, damned if you dont and damned if you dont!.

So crawl off the couch and drag your sorry self out for a brisk 30 minutes walk!. You will feel more energy and it will give you more self confidence!.

At age 13 and 235 lbs, you are exposing yourself to so many illinesses that there is not enough room to write them here!.
Damaged knees, kidneys, diabetes, heart and lungs just to get the list started!.

If you take care of your diet and exercise daily you will see yourself in a whole new light!. No fast foods, NONE!. Eat 3 pieces of fruit and lots of fiber!. Very few dairy products, and no desserts for 6 months!. Drink 10 glasses of water everyday!. No second helpings of anything!.

You are young and it appears that you really want to get yourself together!. If your friends dont want to hang with it, have the courage to do it alone!. There is no magic pill and dont let anyone tell you different!.

You are the keeper of your body!. Get with it!

Since you are the type that likes a workout buddy!. Join a YMCA, gym or martal arts facility!. This gives you a place to try different things so you won't get bored!. Do as many different active things as you can, go swimming, walking play basketball or even go skateboarding!. The trick is to have a good time so it isn't a chore!.

Just start replacing foods that are fatty and have too many calories!. Like intead of greasy potato chips have some goldfish crackers!. Drink a diet soda or juice instead of a sugary soda pop!. It's okay to have a treat once in a while, this tells your body that it is not starving and not to retain all the rat it is digesting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's great that you want to take care of yourself!.!.!. it's tough being 13 no matter what size you are!. Talk with your parents and the whole fam tell them that you want to change!.!.!. it has to be a group effort they can't be eating cake in front of you while expecting you to diet!. Maybe get on a meal plan like jenny craig or something!.
I've had a bunch of friends who went to fat camps and just spending the summer there they lost of ton of weight and learned ways to help them maintian their exercise and diets!. It's a great way to start the weight loss!.!.!. because you're with a bunch of people who are in the same boat as you!. And spending an entire summer there you'll see results and that will give you the push to keep going further!. Maybe when you're home you can ask your parents to get you a personal trainer!. This is just someone to give you that extra push!. Let's face it nobody big or small wants to exercise and we all need motivation!. You need the support of your family and friends!.

i have lost 72 pounds in 5 months!. i started out weighing 347 pounds!. no surgeries, no diet pills, i love to eat and i am lazy!. i had a friend who had in the past joined weight watchers!. she gave me her book!. i actually never joined i just started counting my points!. it go's into detail to explain how to keep up with points!. i know walk about a mile to 2 miles a day by myself!. everyone told me that if i would start walking that they would walk with me but something always came up!. so i walk alone!. also i have 2-3 pound weights that i lift building up my upper body as i watch tv or play on the computer at night!.

make exercising fun/ stress relieving!. If u ever get like really emotional, hit the road (or tredmill)!. Use your emotional energy to drop the stress and pounds!. If u r like always calm, or there's not much stress in ur life, then force yourself to make a habit out of simple things first, then add other things on!. Trust me, I know it's hard!. I don't like my body, either!. Disgusting! But I use my emotions as energy for the tredmill!. Force yourself if u really want to lose weight!. Set a goal date, and pick a day that really matters to you, like ur b-day or ur best friend's or your boyfriend's b-day!. Actually, a relationship can make you feel a whole lot better about urself, at least for a while!. Just keep ur options open!. Size doesn't matter in love!. But anyways, try locking the pantry door and/or hiding the junk food!. Buy more healthy stuff!. Try to replace watever u crave with something else!. I did that with soda!. I drank a whole lot of orange juice every time I wanted soda, and I haven't had a soda in almost 2 years!! I felt really proud of myself for accomplishing that, and that gave me a good reference to start other changes!. I'm not done changing yet, but I will be!. And if I can learn to do it, you can learn to do it, too!. Best of luck to you, and remember to limit yourself!. Don't set a goal of 15 pounds in one month, ya know!? Start with like 1 per month, then they'll shed easier!.
