What would be a good diet for me?!


Question: What would be a good diet for me!?
I'm 18, 5'5 and weigh 122!. Right now I'm drinking lots of water and juice (sometimes milk), I lay off the junk food I eat a lot of fruits and bread!. I try to keep it healthy!. I'd really like to tone my stomach cuz it pooches out a little id like some arm muscle too!. When i'm bored i do arobic stuff but that doesnt help my tummy i really hate scrunches but im going to start doing them or something to tone my belly!. So what would be a good diet and/or exercize plan for me!?!? thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

122 for an 18 year old isn't bad!. I thinkn that a good diet would be just lay off the junk food and all the sweets!. Overall A healthy diet should include, fruits, veggies, protien, water, and any dairy products!. (Once in a while oils) if you eat that and exercise at least 60 minutes doing anything involving MOVING UR BODY you'll be in great shape in about 1-2 months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
