I weigh 130-133 lbs if you were a guy (or girl) would you think that is fat. Im 21 and I am 5 foot 2 or 3 inch

Depends on your muscle tone. Your weight/height is in the normal range, but if you're not toned, it looks fat. BTW, I am 5'3" and 129 lbs.
