Have i eaten too much today? Am i likely to put on loads of weight because of it!


Question: Have i eaten too much today!? Am i likely to put on loads of weight because of it!?
I'm so scared as i really pigged out today and am worried i'm gonna put on weight!.!.!.!.!.here's what i've eaten in total today:
-oatibix with skimmed milk and banana, apricots, and raisins
-smoothie
-vegetable samosa
-blueberry yoghurt
-fruit salad
-fish, carrots, broccoli, potatoes
-apple
-a complete tub of low fat cottage cheese (that's what i'm worried about particularly! I wasn't even hungry but just scoffed the lot!)
Will i put on weight because of it!?

Hey, don't be so hard on yourself!! What you've eaten is all good, healthy food, and believe it or not, it's less than what a lot of people eat!.

Remember that even if you didn't exercise today, your body still needs energy to function properly!.

To put on 1kg of fat, you need to eat approx!. 14000 calories more than you burn off, yes that's right, fourteen thousand! That's equivalent to the entire food intake of an average person over a whole week!.

Just one day of eating slightly more than you normally would won't make a difference xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

I doubt you will as all that you had is healthy, apart from the samosa!. It sounds fine to me, just do a little more exercise if worries that much!. Well done for having such a healthy diet mostly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
