Question: Did I do this right!? I burn 1140calories a day doing nothing!!!?!?
Before I get onto the details I wanna let you know that I only eat 300cals a day!.

wake up-6am
Eat-300 calories
Sleep at 8pm- Between then I have burnt 840cals standing
then when I wake up in the morning at!.!.

6am- I have burnt 600 cals sleeping
SO!.!.!.!.

840 + 600= 1440 -300(What I eat)= I burn 1140 cals a day!

Did I work this out properly!?

so really it's 1,440 - 300 = -1140 cals

you have a caloric deficit of 1140 cals for weight loss there only needs to be a 500 cal deficit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

300 calories a day!? Are you crazy!? You could be dead in a few weeks!.
Always eat a sensible well balanced diet!.

I am not sure how you came up with the 1140 calories per day, but it is different for everybody!.
We each have a certain basal metabolic rate meaning our bodies will burn that much energy doing nothing + whatever exercises we do during the day!.
Your basal metabolic rate depends on how much lean muscle tissue you have, the more you have the higher your basal rate!. Each 1 lb of muscle will consume about 50 calories per day at rest, so to figure out how much you are actually consuming you need to know your lean muscle mass!.

P!.S!. I hope you are not trying to lose a lot of weight quickly as you are not doing it correctly and it's very dangerous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Never mind the calculations!.
The facts are that a woman uses 1200 calories for basic metabolic needs, that doesnt mean for doing nothing!.!.!.it simply means that even for the cells of the body to maintain the balance of basic life processes, heart beat, brain cells, sugar level, hormones, etc etc etc!.!.!.!.!.we use 1200 calories!. men, use 1600, i think!.

so we burn 1200 calories by doing nothing!. and run a marathon and burn only a fraction!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you were only eating 300 calories a day you will be very ill very soon, you will not be able to carry out every day activities, the body needs fuel in order to be active, if you are burning excessive cals to your intake you will begin to have health problems!.

Yeah, most people burn at least 1500 kcals a day doing nothing!. U must be losing a lot of weight fast only eating that!. U may like this now but it will be hard to maintain and v unhealthy, and dont get me started on the loose skin u cud get from losing weight too quickly!. Consider increasing ur calories with healthy fruit/veg/low far protein!. Or try eating more calories and exercising more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
