Question: Tall and skinny and trying to get stronger!?
Okay so I'm 15 years old, 6 feet tall, and 150 pounds!. I want to get buffer!. I have a high metabolism so its hard to bulk up!. So I was wondering, if I do 200 pushes everyday will I get buffer!. I did 200 yesterday in about 6 minutes and my triceps are kinda sore today but overall im fine!. How can i get bigger and buffer!? will 200 pushups a day do the trick!? or will it make me lose weight!? im kinda skinnyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah!. And try strength training!. And eat peanutbutter on toast every night and eat lots of high protein foods/protein shakes!.

You might need to gain some fat just to fuel your muscles so they grow!. So eat some foods high in fats, especially natural fats like those found in nuts, seeds, fish, olive oils, etc!. I would try to eat as much of these as possible and don't be afraid of eating bacon and other fatty meats and eggs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
