I feel hungry all the time is there a reason for this?!


Question: I feel hungry all the time is there a reason for this!?
i eat 1500 calories a day roughly!.!.

today i had!.!.

a 90 calorie smoothie
700 cal mac n cheese
150 cal pepsi
350 cal pizza
and 170 cal green tea


im done for the day!.!.!.

but why oh why so hungry during the day!.!.!.like it gets better the later it gets but from 9-3 i am completely starving im an active 17 yr old!.!.!. im overweight but should i eat more!.!.!. or is this my body adjusting to the diet im on!? if i keep going will my body get used to the diet and will the hunger fade!? i felt starving alll day!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat good portions of HEALTHY FOODS!!! not pizza and pepsi and mac n cheese!. You say that you are overweight!. then eat like you want to b thin!. Eat only when you are hungry!. So!.!.!.when you do get hungry between 9-3, go to the pantry or cafeteria or w/e and grab a healthy snack like a banana or apple or even some crackers!. Those have good calories, not calories from fat!. Calories from fat don't give you any energy, but healthy calories from nutritious foods do!. Seriously take this advice, and you'll like the results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It might be because you are overweight!. The body may have some mechanism in which it tries to over-compensate, which is probably why the fat get fatter!. You need to really stop eating the mac and cheese, the pizza, and drinking the Pepsi!. Try eating high-calorie, high-protein, low-fat foods, and drinking iced tea, or milk, or water!. Start running and biking more, and you'll learn to adjust, and you'll love it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are hungry because you are eating horrible, calorie-dense food!. You would have been much fuller if you replaced that 150 cal pepsi with a full bag of popcorn with a little butter!. Also, it IS actually important to drink 64 oz of water (plain water) every day, to clear up acne, give you better skin, flush out bad things in your food, and help you lose weight!. Noodles and lean meat would fill you up more than pizza!. And nothing, nothing is worth 700 calories!. Try eating more I do (after much experimenting):

150 cal oatmeal
50 cal granola (in oatmeal)
100 cal milk

100 cal 1 oz of pretzels
50 cal apple
100 cal 1 tbsp peanut butter

300 cal Lean Cuisine, noodle stirfry with veggies and chicken

150 cal 3 oz salmon
100 cal brown rice
50 cal green beans

150 cal Light vanilla ice cream (all natural)

See how much more food I ate, for the same amount of calories!?
