Question: Can I lose 80 pounds by AUGUST!?
I am 6 ft!. and around 250!. With exercising and eating healthy, can I get down to at least 180 by the end of August!?
If not, how much can I lose!?
What would I have to do to lose that much!?

50 pounds even would be hard, I would say try for 15 pounds a month at most

That website will tell you how many calories you burn a day regularly!.
Count the calories you eat, and if that number is under your basic metabolic rate, you'll loose automatically!.
There are 3500 calories in a pound, so to loose 80 pounds in 3 months, you need to loose 3111 calories a day ((80*3500)/90)
To loose 50 pounds, you need to burn 1944 calories a day, and to burn 15 pounds a month, you need to burn 1750 calories a day
The amount of calories your loose is this:
(basic_metabolic_rate + calories burned) - calories_eaten
All that being said, DONT FORGET TO EAT!.
eat often and healthy about 6 times a day (every 3 hours) in small amounts!. This will increase your metabolism so you'll burn even more calories a day!.

Eat fish!.!.!. and steamed chicken
Fresh fruit
Steamed veggies!.!.!. Sometimes, NO CORN
&& exercise DAiLY!!!

I found the best way to lose weight is to exersize and drink water and eat salad!.And only eat about half the serving of everything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
That is a lot of weight to loose in that space of time !. The normal weight lost is 2 lbs a week !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
