Question: Guys, can you help me on getting ways to get taller!?
hey guys!. i really wanna be taller before the first week of june!. please help me! All i do is sit in my room and go internet surfing but im willing to give it up to work on getting taller!. please help me! I really need this!. please please please help me! and by the way, im a sophomore in hight school!. just letting you know!. SO PLEASE HELP ME! Any advice!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well get out of your room and get up and go! I think you should be around 14 !. All I can suggest to you is to get doing some exercises !. Pull ups will help you!. Vitamin D milk (preferably 1% if you can tolerate other wise fat free ) will help in the growth of your bones!. Take One Calcium with V!. D 600 mg!. in the morning with breakfast, one B-complex which helps in metabolism ( building up ) of new cells and better functioning and absorption of foodstuff and the lot, one 500 mg!. of Vit!. C and definitely one multi-vitamin every day!. Remember to take all vitamins in the morning or afternoon but with food!. Walking and preferably running helps a lot!. Have good value protein food ( not high value) !. Sitting at one place on the internet can destroy the structural growth of a person!. And please do stretching exercises as much as you can!. If you do all this you should gain an inch in about one to one and a half months!. Thereafter make it less intensive (the exercises) and have good food, good rest, good exercise, and good everything, and you will grow good!. Best wishes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey girl, if you're above 18 years old, you can't get any taller BUT indulging in yoga and pilates will help you have a better posture!. Thus giving you a taller look! If you are still below 18, eat more protein, fruits and veggies! Eliminate all those junk foods that has no nutritional value for you!. Milk is really good for you too!. Take up sports like netball, basketball, tennis, dancing or anything you like! Good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat lots of fruits, go to the kitchen every hour and eat a banana or an apple!.
