Saturday nite and ive ran out of points on my weightwatchers?!


Question: Saturday nite and ive ran out of points on my weightwatchers!?
only on second week of diet and im feeling weak alredy,had a m&s count on you sandwich and it was very high on points so i ran out at 5pm now im starved but trying not to give in,ill just have to go to bed i suppose,if i gain weight this week ill just give up,after losing 3 and half pounds!.help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi Ive been on weight watchers before too and also run out of points early in the day!.!.the simply thing i did was eat some thing small that i would eat the next day!?!? and just mark it down on the following days count!.!. but making sure it was marked down also not eaten again on that day!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you mess up this week don't give up that is the MOST RETARDED THING I have ever heard some body say!. Do you think that looseing wieght would be easy!. if you give in to your food cravings just for one day, its not a big deal!. dont ruin something that could change your life just by making one mistake!. imagine yourself being in that bathing suit, skirt, jeans, etc!., every time you approach unhealthy food!. think, "if i reject this, ill be one step closer to my goal!." and you'll eventually get there!. :P dont give up! if you break the diet, simply get back on track the next day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to know the golden rules first before you give up!.!.!.

1 - if it is from someone elses plate, the calories dont count
2- if someone else buys you the food, it doesnt count!.
3- if you shut your eyes while eating then you didnt see anything and therefore calories dont count!.

Dont lose heart with the diet, follow the above and you can eat what you want!. I find the above works well with wine!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't feel bad, I did that yesterday! Eat some free foods like fruit or veggies, do you like grapes or strawberries!? I live on stuff like that now!. You could have a big salad with lots of veggies and some turkey in it with fat free dressing!. That might be 2 points maybe!? Above all don't stress out about it!. Tomorrow is a new day!. Don't give up!.!.!.!.I've lost 32 Ibs over the last 4 months on WW, it will work if you stick with it!. It can be hard to get used to at first!.!.!.you'll get the hang of it!. When people start telling you how great you look you'll be glad you had the willpower, trust me =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should keep some celery in your fridge and get yourself a big glass of water!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.or you could have a cream cake, life is too short as it is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
