Why arn't i losing weight!??!


Question: Why arn't i losing weight!!?!?
let me be totally honest Im 5 ft 4 and weigh 8 st 4 and Im wanting to lose a stone by the end of summer iv been trying to lose this stone since xmas but im eally bad when it comes to diets but this time iv really stuck to it!.
iv stopped eating junk food (completely)
iv given up ready meals/microwave meals
i dont eat after 7pm
i exercise for 30mins a day on my x-trainer!.
i drink plenty of water
stopped drinking fizzy drinks

Im not going to lie about what i eat because i need a geniuine answer to help let me kno what im doing wrong!. So heres my daily eating plan

No breakfast (yes i kno i should but im too tied to eat in mornings)

lunch: either instant mash (made with only water, not milk o butter) or 2 chocolate digestives

exercise fo 30mins

dinner: small peice of grilled chicken, mushrooms, asparagus, red pepper, chilli pepper and tomatoes!. (sometimes with low fat houmous or knorr spanish sauce - low fat)

you aren't eating enough!. skipping breakfast is a big mistake!. the body is an a catabolic state in the am from the nightly fast!. the longer the body stays in this state fasted stated the lower the metabolic rate will be!. breakfast jump starts the metabolismWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would say your not eating enough!. do lots of cardio and some weight lifting and you should see results!. you need to eat fruit too!. also you need more protienWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think eating more fiber always helps!. It makes you less hungry and helps detoxify your system!. They say you are supposed to have 30 g of fiber a day, which is actually hard to fit all of that fiber into your diet!. If you count fiber and not calories I guess you will be full before you can eat too much!. Good sources of fiber:

Apples
Bananas
Raw vegetables
Brown rice

You could also take fiber pills or drinks if you want!.

Adding muscle also increases your metabolism, so you might want to lift weights several days per week!. I've heard 1 lb!. of muscle burns 50 calories per hour, so gaining even a little muscle will really rev up your metabolism!. They also say you should switch up your workouts and not do the same thing every day!.

Even if you are not hungry eat breakfast!!! It's the most important meal because it gets your metabolism up and runnning!.!.!.!.Drink a ton of water!!! That always helps with weight loss also water is one of the most important things for your body to live!. There might be other reasons that you aren't losing weight but I think those two things might be a big part of that! I hope this helps! (:Www@Answer-Health@Com
