How to get rid of body fat?!


Question: How to get rid of body fat!?
Im 12 and I'm 123 pounds!. I've tried everything and im just staying in the same wieght!. Is there something i should do because i run at school (running from getting whiped) and i ride an exersizing bike like 1 or 2 hours(mostly one!.)Can someone like help me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably have hit a plateau!. Here's some weight loss tip's I have picked up over the years that might help you break it:

- Exercise 6 to 7 days a week!.

- And try to break your workout into two different sessions, this gives your metabolism a jolt!.

- Drink 10 to 12 cups of water a day!. And try to drink ice cold water, it burns more calories!.

- Take enough vitamins, especially ones that promote weight loss (such as 1800 mg!. of Fish Oil, Vitamin B Complex, Co-enzyme Q-10, ect!. Do your research)!.

- Drink green tea or take green tea pills ( it's been shown to speed up your metabolism)!.

- For your metabolism's sake, eat within 1 hour of waking up and don't eat 3 hours before you go to bed!.

- Try a vegan or vegetarian diet (it worked for me :D)!.

- Drink 12 oz!. of warm lemon water (use the juice of 1/2 a lemon) with a little sea salt every morning!. This will detoxify your body and make your skin look amazing!.

- Or, if giving up meat just isn't your thing, just count calories!. Try to have around 1200 a day!.

- Try to avoid white, bleached, or enriched flour!.

- Stay away from high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils!.

- Eat every 2 to 4 hours to keep your metabolism going!.

- Eat 5 to 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism up!.

- Try to get 6 to 8 hours of sleep!. When your body is deprived of sleep your appiteite increases by 15%!.

- Sugar and artificial sweeteners are the devil!. If you have a sweet tooth, grab some fruit!.

- Avoid all junk food, fast food, and fried food!.

- Try only drinking water, tea, and black coffee!. There are so many hidden calories in drinks!.

- Eat whole grain foods and healthy fats (like olives, avacados, nuts, ect) and stay away from refined or "bad" carbs!.

- Remember to read the labels!. They hide so much junk in "healthy diet" foods now a days!. My rule of thumb is, if I can't pronounce it, I won't put it in my body!. Because you are what you eat!.

- Set small goals (like 5 pounds) and when you reach your goal reward yourself with something (not food)!.

I don't think 123 pounds is that bad!.!.!. just slightly overweight but you sound generally healthy to me!.

Eat a well balanced diet!.!.!. induce more fruits/veggies in your diet, moderate amounts of meats/dairy, and get enough carbohydrates from breads, rices, and other grains!.

But not only eating well helps fitness, you must exercise, too!. Set a schedule of what workouts you will do during each day of the week!.!.!. do situps, leg lifts, push ups, weight lifting, and using the exercise different days of the week!. Do some sort of cardio exercise daily such as jogging or anything else that will get your heart rate going!. Never forget to stretch before and after each workout! Maybe you could try working out every other day, or only on weekdays!.!.!. every day is a little bit stressful, you need breaks in between!.

Drink enough water!.!.!. you probably hear that enough, but it's true!. Not necessarily 8 glasses, but enough to make your pee clear!. I know that sounds sorta gross, but it means you're drinking enough water!. The yellow in your pee is from drinking sugary drinks!.

You can still eat a few junk foods you like, just eat them in small amounts!.

Your weight doesn't always mean that you should work out more, it can also because of your height or muscle mass!. Calories don't make you fat unless you don't exercise!.!.!. so don't worry too much about counting calories!. Just eat wisely!.!.!.

anyone can loose wait your obviously not trying hard enough!. 123 isnt to bad anyways!. just dont eat that extra snack or desert or w/e!. i know its hard but jog a lot if you have a dog walk it a lot!. lift weights, anything active really!. there are some good protien shakes out their that turn fat into good lean muscle to, but of course you need to exersize while drinking it to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

heres the thing, youre only 12, youre still adjusting, i advice you to watch what you are eating, no more junk foods, and you should get use to eating veggies and fruits, you are exercising but if you dont watch what your eating then its no use,, dont give up,,,Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat more veggies, less meat, oodles and potatoes!. Also avoid too much snacking between meals!. Try to eat several apples a day; it's a natural way to reduce fat cells in your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
