I'm mad at myself! =/

At first before my mom left to some wedding in another state, i wieghed 98lbs then i took aerobics @ skool & wieghed 108 [WIERD] but when she left, my dad didn't know how to cook so instead we went out to eat everyday except for today and a different day!. We went to Arby's, Boston Market, ect!. we never go out to eat!. But anyways we went swimming & i saw a wieghing machine it read 114 LBS =[ that was 3 days ago so i didn't eat junk food i think!. Then the day after that the machine said 112 lbs!. and i didn't go anywere to eat that day either!. I'm SO mad that i gained SIX pounds that's 2,400 fat calories =[

eat healthy and exercise!. your set body weight is probably 98 pounds so if you go back to eating how you use to or just healthier and worked out you will very quickly get to 98 pounds!.!.!.!.also weigh yourself in the morning because that is the most accurate when you weigh yourself at night you have a days worth of food weighing you down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off at your age i dont think you should do this, but for anyone who wants to lose a lot of weight really quick (like one day 10 lbs) heres how:

Dont eat or drink for this whole day!. Put on 4 or five layers of clothes the top layer being a sweatshirt/sweatpants combo!. workout/run for about two hours then take them off!. You will have sweated out about 10-15 lbs!.

FYI: as soon as you start drinking or eating you will put the weight back on instantly, so this is really only good if your trying to weigh yourself at a small weight for a couple hoursWww@Answer-Health@Com

For starters you need to calm down and approach this weighloss sensibly!. You seem to be fanatically trying too hard, which in turn will give you stress!. The key to all weightloss is minimum fat intake which is equivalent to 30g for someone that needs to loose weight!. Eat sensibly without denying yourself!. All food groups distributed evenly, but take it easy on the carbs!. Fruit and vegies up to 3-4 servings per day!. Salads as much you like, but try not to add oily salad dressings!. Lots of fresh water or homemade fruitjuice!. Good excercise regime and a fish at least 3-4 times per week!. And finally a good healthy attitude!. Not fearful or petrifying ok!. That will only make things worse!. Another thing dont fry, grill or steam or dry fry is best!. This is sensible and you will generally be lean all your life if you follow what Ive said!. If you want to research it more go to your local library, or a dietician may be able to help!. I really think you should give it a go on your own and see how you go!. If that dosnt help go to your local gym and they will be able to direct you!. But it all starts with you and you alone!.
