peanut butter sandwhich (two peices of whole wheat bread, one and a half tablespoon of peanut butter) -230 calories

fat free yogurt-100 cal

i might have some hot chocolate or something with my dad in an hour or so!. or maybe a box of blueberries!.


im thirteen, female, 5 ft 4 inches and about 93 lbs!. did i eat a healthy breakfast!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

A good meal should usually consist of a protein, a carbohydrate, and a little fat!. Lots of people eat peanut butter on toast for breakfast because it's a protein that isn't terribly fatty but helps fill you up!. Yogurt is good for you too!.
