For stomach issues I would suggest that you start walking, jogging, running, riding a bike, roller blading or doing something along those lines that is a cardiovascular workout, it needs to get your legs moving and heart racing!. Sit-ups alone won't do it!. The sit-ups will tighten the actual muscles in your abdomen but it does nothing for the layer of fat that is hiding those muscles!. That is where the cardio comes in! Get those legs moving daily and watch your tummy shrink! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sports and Work are both great ways to do it!.

Bicycling around pulling newspapers, yard work, and shoveling snow kept me in pretty good shape at your age!.!.!. and I made a little cash too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

bike riding is fun and doesnt seem like much of a workout!.!. running is really healthy, and you can make it fun by having friends come along with you!. dont push your self too hard though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get an excersize ball! Those things are great! I lost 3 lbs!. in one week!. Doesn't sound like much but that was my first week and it will really flatten your stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can run at the track with some of your friends!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
