Question: I want smaller breasts!.!.!.!. will losing weight, exercising work!!?!?
I am size 34 E and I hate being big around the chest area!!
I'm not fat!.!.!. but I wear larger sizes because of my breasts being so big!.!.!. they make me look bigger than I am!
I can't afford a breast reduction, i'm not very keen on surgery anyway!.
Will they reduce in size if I exercise more!?!?!?
Are there any exercises in perticular i can do to help lose them/ slim them down!?!?!?

No there are no exercises that can spot reduce!. If you lower your body fat %, your breast size will reduce!. However, since you are so large, you cannot expect miracles!.
Eat a healthy diet, and exercise daily and you will see some kind of change!. Just don't give up, it won't happen over night!.

Of course!! Since exercise is a whole body thing and not just all one specific area, when you exercise, it reduces your chest size at a moderate pace depending on your level of exercising!. Yes, exercising efficiently and often will make the, smaller!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
