ok there are many many things!.

1!. eat healthier!. cut out the junk food and sweets!. dont even buy them so you wont be tempted!. eat a good breakfast lunch and dinner (with some fruit, veggies, and protein, but nothing thats fatty or overly unhealthy) so that you wont be so hungry imbetween!.
2!. before getting a snack ask yourself!.!. am i really hungry!? you could be eating out of boredom, or because of a craving!. if you really need a snack eat some fruit or a smoothie instead of potato chips and icecream!. you could also try chewing some sugar free gum to satisfy your craving!.
3!. eat slowly!. people tend to eat super fast, so there body has no chance to tell them that they are full!. so, the eat more food than your body needs!. if you eat slow, you wont eat as much!.
4!. dont drink sodas!. drink lots of water!. that way you will be filled up on water, and wont feel hungry, and its healthy to drink a lot of water!.
5!. be active!. go swimming, hiking, running, cycling, with friends!. you could even go play soccer or volleyball, anything that you like!. you could go to yoga or pilates!.!.!. whatever floats your boat!.if you do this a couple times a week you will be getting in much better shape, burning calories, and i bet you will feel better!.
6!. give your body time to lose weight!. dont starve yourself, or work out so much that your killing yourself!. just follow these steps and you should see results!. :)

I am in the same situation you are!. After having 2 kids and gaining over 60 lbs!. I got fed up with looking into the mirror!.
About 2 weeks, maybe a little less, I have started doing some Pilates mixed in with some Yoga moves and sometimes I want a little extra and do some of the Belly Dancing workouts about 20-30 mins 4 days a week!. I changed my eating habits little by cutting out most of the soda and junk food!. I still eat a candy bar or order a double cheeseburger from McDonalds every once in a while; I don't see why I should punish myself by not allowing Some kind of junk food!.
I looked up different videos on YouTube!.com for workouts and they have just about Everything you can think of for workout videos!. I try to make it fun for myself by doing something a little different every day!. There is no "quick fix" to lose weight, unfortunately, but how I started was to eat a little breakfast about 30 mins after I woke up and when I felt the energy I would start my daily workout!. Any trainer will tell you that one of the most important things while trying to lose weight is to eat healthy and eat the recommended meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner and a couple snacks)!.

First, Diet!.

By that don't eat tiny amounts like twice a day, eat small portions about every 3 hours while watching calories, this will boost you metabolism!.

Second, Exercise!.

Cardio, cardio, cardio!. Run alot, do a rowing machine, stair climbers burn tons of calories!. Building muscle will help you loose weight too, while muscle does weigh alot, the more muscle you have, the more calories your body will burn a day to keep them working!.

I found this on this website!. There are more tips and info!.

1!. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure!.

2!. Totally avoid caffine at least for the first two weeks on the program!.

3!. Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of plain water or seltzer daily!.

4!. Don't weigh yourself more than once a week

5!. Take starting measurements as well as weight - sometimes you'll lose inches before pounds

6!. Avoid any type of "low carb" sweetener for the first two weeks

7!. Don't compare your loss to someone else's - this is a YMMV thing (your milage may vary)

8!. Stalls are common around the third week so don't panic

9!. If you follow your plan to the T and don't lose, consider Candida as a possibility and avoid vinegar, cheese, mushrooms and any other fermented food

10!. Have bloodwork done before starting so you have a comparison

11!. Cholesterol can be elevated in the first few weeks til your body adjusts - make sure your doctor knows that you're doing low carb and when you started

I lost 18!.6 lbs in 42 days by cutting calories and fat intake, increasing daily activity (walking), eating every 2-3 hours regardless of feeling hungry, drink tons of water, cut down on sugar, switched to 0 cal drinks!. Talk to your Doctor, he/she will have more good advise on how many calories you'll need, what your ideal weight should be!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only way to safely lose weight, is to eat a healthy diet (something every 2-3 hours), exercise daily (cardio and resistance training), get 7-8 hours of sleep a day and drink plenty of water!.

You want to lose weight and keep it off!. It's all right there!.

i lost 18 pounds in six weeks by staying away from all sugars (soda, juices, desserts, candies, etc) and drinking green tea and 1!.5 litre of water daily!. i didn't change my diet much!. i ate everything i wanted except the sugar!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
