Question: Did i eat too much!? (analyze honestly)!?
Today I ate:
- 1 slice multigrain bread and 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 monster energy drink
- piece of multigrain bread with no-sugar-added jam
- 1 cup of frozen veggies (mixed beans, carrots, peas, corn)
- all-bran fibre bar
- an egg
- a glass of milk
Was this too much!? I worked today, my job requires me to be on my feet and walk around at all times, and I worked four hours, so that was my exercise for today!.

Honestly, I don't think you ate enough!. Try using the Spark People website!.!.!. they help you determine your intake for the day!. It's also a great place to meet people that have your same goal - weight loss!.

Your food choices are great!! If you are female you should be eating at least 1,200 - 1,500 cals per day and males need 1,500 - 2,000!. If you do not take in enough cals you might lose weight but you will have better success at keeping it off in the long run if you follow the about cals!.

Check out the Food Pyramid website!. They direct you on what you should be eating!. You are also able to enter the food into a program on there that will tell you the areas you are lacking or eating in excess!.

Walking/standing at work it great! Try to add about 5 days of walking for cardio -- you heart will thank you -- do it for about 60 minutes (start with less time until you get used to it)!.

not at all!. you are eating healthy!. however, you might want to eat a few more calories cause I believe you are eating to little!. If you are worried about gaining wieght, just eat more but healthy like you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
