i am 5'9, 152 lbs!. i am medium-large framed!.!.!.i have 19percent body fat, pretty much just in my stomach!. (where i can pinch about 1 inch fat when i flex)!. i am highly active!. am i fat!?
also, how can i slim my stomach and inner thigh!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

19% body fat is great for a woman!. If you want to lose a few pounds (5 to 10 pounds) it would purely be for vanity!. You are perfectly healthy at your current weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

U r okayish!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

I actually lost 50lbs, and everyone tells me not to lose anymore weight, "don't get too skinny"!. I don't feel flabby!. I too have most of my fat around my belly button, but I have abs aswell and tight obliques!. I want to lose 10lbs more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

19 percent body fat is perfect!. there should be no less that 15% body fat for the body to function!. your weight is fine!.

running is the best aerobic exercise one can participate in!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ideal body fat percent is 18-22% for a woman (24-26% is average) so ur doing great if female and mens is just slightly lowerWww@Answer-Health@Com
